Everything between brief and launch.
Each one ends in something concrete: a blueprint, working modules, finished media, or a clear recommendation.
What each one delivers.

Instructional design
Deciding what the learning needs to achieve, then structuring content, activities and assessment around it. The output is a blueprint: an outcome map, storyboards and assessment items, approved before build starts.

Digital learning development
Building the modules: Storyline, Rise or plain web, depending on the content. Everything is accessible, trackable and tested on real devices. The output is finished modules, packaged for the LMS.

Visual design
The visual layer of the learning: interface design, illustration, video and motion. The aim is content that is easier to follow, not decoration. The output is the media: brand kit, video, icons and print.

Consultancy
Audits, second opinions and roadmaps for teams building their own learning in-house. The output is decisions: what to build, what to buy, what to fix first.
